Questions we actually get

Straight answers about the Profit Intelligence Diagnostic and what happens after it. No marketing language. If yours is not here, just write to us.

The Profit Intelligence Diagnostic starts from €2,500. Typical engagements fall in the €2,500–€5,000 range depending on scope, data complexity and number of processes analysed. Implementation is quoted separately, only after the diagnostic.

7–10 business days, fixed scope, from the point we have the data we need.

An executive leakage map of the top 3–7 economically material findings, a financial impact model with the current annualized exposure and recoverable value, a root-cause analysis, a prioritized intervention roadmap (Now / Next / Later), and an investment & ROI model with expected cost, benefit range, payback and sensitivity.

It depends on the company and the problem identified — not every diagnostic requires every dataset. Typical inputs include P&L or management accounts, revenue by client/project/product/location where available, payroll and capacity data, CRM/ERP exports, AR/AP or working-capital data, and 1–3 workflow walkthroughs with your team.

Typically 3–5 hours across the engagement, mostly for data access and short workflow walkthroughs.

No. The diagnostic is a standalone engagement. If the economics justify intervention, you can implement internally, use another provider, or continue with Aigenrix. You keep the analysis either way.

They often could, in principle — but they own individual functions and the daily operation, which makes an independent, cross-functional view harder to build from inside. Aigenrix combines finance, operations, process architecture and data into one model, giving management an integrated economic and operating picture it did not have before.

We establish a baseline — the current economic cost of the problem — then the cost of the intervention, an honest estimate of the measurable effect, and a sensitivity range around that estimate, which gives a payback period. We do not guarantee a return; we guarantee that it gets measured honestly.

We do not ask you to simply trust our recommendation, and we do not guarantee outcomes that depend on implementation and business conditions. We establish a baseline and evidence the economic problem first. Then we estimate the recoverable value, implementation cost, expected benefit range, payback and key risks. Where uncertainty is material, we do not recommend moving directly to full-scale implementation. We first test the intervention through a limited pilot with predefined success criteria. After implementation, actual results are measured against the baseline. If the economics are not validated, the intervention is not scaled. The objective is not to guarantee that every idea will work. It is to reduce the risk of committing significant capital to an intervention before its economics have been evidenced and tested.

We say so. Some findings only require pricing, management, process or policy changes — no AI at all. We do not need to sell technology to make the diagnostic worth running.

Normally, yes — we work with the stack you already have where that is economically and technically sensible, rather than defaulting to a rip-and-replace. We cannot promise compatibility with every system, but replacing tools is the exception, not the starting assumption.

Aigenrix helps management identify where margin, cash, revenue and operational capacity are leaking, quantifies the financial impact, identifies root causes, and determines what is economically worth fixing. AI, automation and security are applied only where the economics justify them — not as the starting point.

A structured model of how people, processes, systems, data, costs, decisions and dependencies actually interact — built from your real data, not a generic template. It lets us simulate a change before committing to it, and is used only where a finding involves multiple processes, roles, systems or dependencies.

As a control layer across the redesigned operation — covering data, identity, permissions, AI-agent access, integrations and monitoring for the sensitive business information the new system touches. Security is built into the redesign, not bolted on afterward.

Companies with roughly 20–250 employees and €3M–€50M in annual revenue, with multiple teams, locations or workflows, meaningful transaction volume, and existing CRM, ERP, finance or operational systems — where management sees symptoms but cannot quantify their economic root causes.

A 30-minute Profit Leakage Review. On the call we understand the economic symptoms, identify which data would likely be required, assess whether the leakage appears material enough to investigate, and determine whether a paid diagnostic is justified. If we do not see a credible case, we will tell you.

Still have questions?

30 minutes, no commitment. We will tell you honestly whether a diagnostic makes sense for your business.
