Aigenrix Partners
Aigenrix's partner program is for technology, go-to-market and specialist firms whose work sits next to ours. We examine where a company's margin may be leaking and help it act on what the evidence confirms; partners cover work that falls outside that scope.
This page explains how the partner program works, which kinds of partners it is designed for, how cooperation is structured, and who is in the network today.
Current partners
Each partner listed here has its own page describing what each side does and what the relationship does not cover.
Why Aigenrix works with partners
Aigenrix is a small, founder-led team. Our core work is economic: finding where margin, pricing, working capital or operational capacity may be leaking, testing those suspicions against a company's own data, and supporting the changes the evidence justifies.
Many client needs sit just outside that scope — finding and reaching new customers, running a particular software platform, or delivering a project that needs more people than we have. Partners let us point clients to specialists for that work instead of stretching into areas where we are not the right team.
For partners, the value runs the other way: their clients can gain access to a fixed-scope diagnostic of the economics behind a problem, with findings quantified only where the evidence supports them. In a co-build project, the partner keeps its own client relationship.
Who the program is for
The program is built around three kinds of partners. A firm can fit more than one.
Advisers and accountants
CFO advisers, accountants and consultants who work with owner-led businesses and see margin or efficiency problems their clients cannot yet quantify.
Consultancies, integrators and agencies
Firms that hold a client relationship and need specialist depth in economics, operational modeling, AI and workflow automation, or security and governance for part of a project.
Technology and platform providers
ERP and CRM platforms, operational software, cybersecurity technologies and go-to-market tools used by the operationally complex businesses we work with.
Three cooperation models
Each model is described in full on the partnership page. In short:
- Referrals
- You introduce a client whose economics need examining. We hold a 30-minute joint discovery call and keep you informed on scope and pricing; if the client signs, we share revenue on the first engagement.
- Co-build
- You keep the client relationship; we deliver the specialist layer — Profit Intelligence, Operational Digital Twin, AI & Workflow Automation or Security & Governance — with joint discovery, separate workstreams, a standard scope-and-fee structure and knowledge transfer at handoff.
- Technology and platform partnerships
- For platforms used by the businesses we work with. As set out on the partnership page, this model can include a reference integration on our side, a direct line for roadmap input and joint case studies when results merit them, with no exclusivity required. A partner listing does not by itself mean that a technical integration exists.
Not every partner takes part in every model. Aigenrix's relationship with Walego, for example, is not one of these three: Aigenrix participates in Walego's own partner referral program.
See how each model worksWhat a partner listing means
- →A listing is not an endorsement of every product feature, and it is not a claim about the results a partner's customers achieve.
- →Each partner page describes what the partner does, based on the partner's own published description, why we work together, and where each side's work stops.
- →The Walego page includes a partner referral link. It is labelled where it appears, and Aigenrix may receive compensation through its partnership with Walego.
- →No partner testimonials, case studies or commercial results are published on these pages.
Proposing a partnership
- Write to us or book a partnership call. A short message is enough: your firm, the clients you serve and what you have in mind.
- In a first conversation we check the fit: whether your clients have the operational complexity our work needs.
- If there is a fit, we discuss which of the three cooperation models applies.
