What we collect
- Company context you enter: company name, website, country, industry, revenue range, employee range and, optionally, your role.
- Your answers about how your business operates. These are business and operational information; they may still be confidential to your company.
- When you open the full report: your email address, first name and company name, and your consent choices with the version of the text you saw.
- Technical data for security: a keyed one-way representation derived from your IP address, used only for rate limiting and abuse prevention. The Scan rate-limiting mechanism does not store your raw IP address.
- With your cookie consent only: analytics events about how the Scan is used (for example, which steps were completed). Scan answers, email addresses and private report links are not intentionally sent to analytics providers as analytics event data.
- We do not ask for financial statements, uploads, bank details, credentials or data about individual employees or customers.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- Generating and providing the screening result and report you request: taking steps at your request before entering into a potential business relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and/or our legitimate interests in responding to voluntary business enquiries and providing the requested business analysis (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Giving you access to and sending the report you requested, using the email address you provide. Report delivery is transactional and is separate from consent to receive marketing communications.
- Internal commercial prioritisation of business enquiries (see below): our legitimate interests in managing and prioritising business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Security and abuse prevention: our legitimate interests in protecting our systems, users and Services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Marketing emails: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), only if you tick the optional box. It is not required to receive your report, and you can withdraw it at any time.
- Analytics: your consent through the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Requesting or receiving your report does not, by itself, subscribe you to marketing communications.
Commercial prioritisation
- Our team may use your company context and Scan outcome for an internal commercial prioritisation of business enquiries. This internal assessment is separate from the economic screening result, does not change the content of your screening result, is not presented as an economic score, does not produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you, and is subject to human review. It is not shown in your report.
How long we keep it
- Scans you do not unlock: the Scan and its related records are deleted 30 days after your last activity.
- Unlocked Scans: the Scan, your report and the related Scan records are deleted 12 months after your last meaningful interaction with the report.
- Marketing consent does not extend how long your Scan answers are kept.
- After the applicable retention period, Aigenrix does not retain a first-party per-Scan record from that Scan.
- If you or your company later become an active customer or commercial opportunity, relevant contact and commercial information may be retained separately under the retention rules for customer, contractual or commercial records. This does not extend how long your Scan answers are kept unless another lawful and disclosed basis applies.
