Information about how Aigenrix (MELFAVORES SLU) uses cookies and similar technologies on this website.

1) Summary

We use strictly necessary cookies for the operation of the site, and non-essential cookies (analytics and marketing) only with your consent in accordance with art. 22.2 LSSI. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the cookie banner / preference panel (CMP) available in the footer.

2) Cookie controller

This Policy explains how Aigenrix uses cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage) on the Website and on linked Aigenrix projects that refer to this Policy.

  • ·Melfavores SLU (Aigenrix)
  • ·NIF B13696315
  • ·Calle Narcís Macià i Domènech, 21, Esc. A, 2º 1ª, 17310 Lloret de Mar, Girona, Spain
  • ·Website: https://www.aigenrix.com/
  • ·Email: team@aigenrix.com

3) Legal framework and legal bases

Strictly necessary cookies are exempt from consent (basis: legitimate interest / technical necessity). Non-essential cookies (analytics / marketing) require granular opt-in consent. You can withdraw consent at any time without retroactive effect on prior lawful processing.

  • ·GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and LOPDGDD (LO 3/2018).
  • ·LSSI (Law 34/2002), art. 22.2: prior informed consent for non-necessary cookies.
  • ·AEPD criteria and Guide on the use of cookies.

4) What are cookies?

Cookies are small files that the site sends to your browser/device to enable functions, remember preferences and understand site usage. We do not use cookies to identify you directly; usage data is processed in aggregated or pseudonymised form for analytics.

5) Types of cookies we use

The site's cookie preferences panel (CMP), accessible from the footer, lets you review each cookie category above, accept or reject the non-essential ones, and change your choice at any time.

By origin

  • ·First-party: issued by aigenrix.com.
  • ·Third-party: issued by external providers (e.g., analytics, CDN, advertising) when you enable them.

By duration

  • ·Session: deleted when the browser is closed.
  • ·Persistent: remain for a defined period.

By purpose

  • ·Strictly necessary (exempt): allow navigation, security, load balancing, authentication, and CMP consent management. Do not require consent.
  • ·Analytical (require consent): measure audience, performance and errors; used in aggregate mode.
  • ·Marketing (require consent): enables optional third-party functionality, such as the discovery-call booking widget, which may set its own cookies.

6) Analytics

We may use Google Analytics 4 or equivalent solutions only if you accept the Analytics category. We implement IP anonymisation, aggregate reports and retention controls. Analytics scripts are not loaded before opt-in. You can also opt out using the Google opt-out add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

7) Third-party providers and international transfers

Some cookies are served by external providers and may involve data transfers outside the EEA/EU. Where applicable, we apply Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and complementary measures (encryption, minimisation), or rely on your consent for non-essential cookies.

Hosting / CDN

  • ·Vercel. Role: Processor. Delivers the site; does not set analytics or marketing cookies itself.

Analytics

  • ·Google (GA4) — only if you accept the Analytics category.

Scheduling

  • ·Cal.com — booking-widget cookies, only if you accept the Marketing category.

8) Retention periods

  • ·Strictly necessary: during the session or for the essential technical period (e.g., consent choice up to 12 months).
  • ·Analytics and marketing cookies or similar technologies may have different retention periods depending on the provider and technology used.

9) How to give or withdraw consent

On your first visit we show a banner with clear options: Accept all, Reject (where applicable) and Configure by categories. You can modify your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the site footer.

Our CMP honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: where you have not yet made an explicit cookie choice, GPC is treated as an opt-out of non-essential cookies. We do not use cookie walls — essential site access is not conditioned on acceptance of non-necessary cookies.

10) Browser controls

In addition to the CMP, you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that deleting all cookies may reset your CMP preferences.

  • ·Chrome: chrome://settings/cookies
  • ·Edge: edge://settings/content/cookies
  • ·Firefox: about:preferences#privacy
  • ·Safari: Settings → Privacy

11) Updates to this Policy

We will publish the current version on the site with the update date. When changes are material, we will communicate them via the banner / panel or a notice on the site.
